What is it about a well executed tattoo that ignites excitement, envy and or repulsion in the viewer? (sorry, MOM.)

 Born and raised in Aberdeen, Washington, Cole new he had to have a tattoo when a friend of his showed up with a traditional, “Christ the Redeemer”, tattooed on the inside of his bicep. The structure of the image, the precision of line work, the density of black shading and vivid color… It packed a heavy punch that left him awestruck, and sparked a passion for the art form that has been building in momentum for the past eighteen years.
